Tribal Wicks policies for damages, shipping, cancels and returns.We love our products and hope you do as well, we use only the best products and all natural soy wax in our candles. Each of our products are handmade one at a time and we focus on the attention to details. Each of our candles are checked for any defects before packaging. DAMAGE:If your product arrives with damages, you must contact us via email or phone within two days of receiving your delivery. We will require photos of any and all damages and that the product be sent back with all of the shipping material it was sent in. Once determined that the product was damaged by us or thedelivery system, we will issue a store credit so you can obtain the same product or something else in our shop at equal value at no cost to you. DELIVERY TIMES:We always aim to have our products ready to ship when they are added to the store. That said, our goal is to get your shipments out within 2-3 business days once your order has cleared. If order volumes are high this time frame could go to 3-5 business days. CANCELLING ORDERS:Once your order is placed, we will honor orders that are cancelled on the same day. Only if the product has not already shipped. If the order is already shipped, you may return the order for a store credit only. RETURNS:If you want to return a defective product, you must contact us via email or phone within two days of receiving your delivery.
