Refund Policy

Damages and Refunds

If your product arrives with damages, you must contact us via email or phone within two days of receiving your delivery. We will require photos of any and all damages and that the product be sent back with all of the shipping material it was sent in. 

Once it is determined that the product was damaged by us or the delivery system, we will issue a store credit so you can obtain the same product or something else in our shop at equal value at no cost to you.
